Product Description
Celery seeds are tiny and brown in color; they taste strongly of the vegetable and are aromatic and slightly bitter. They are sometimes used where celery itself would not be appropriate, such as kneaded into bread doughs or sprinkled on crackers. They can be used whole, tossed in salads or over cooked vegetables just before serving, or they can be ground and added to cooked dishes.
